Here are some frequently asked questions I get about myself. I feel like in order for me to help you reach your goals I need to be transparent about mine!

Why do you coach?

I want to help people who want to help themselves be better but don't know where to start. When I started my weightloss journey I didn't have anyone to really ask. That's when I decided I always wanted to share what I learn to help others like me. 

How long have you been coaching?

I started as a personal trainer at Planet Fitness in 2025. I enjoyed teaching classes and helping members get on the right track with their fitness . 

How many sessions do you recommend?

No matter how long of a session you choose, I recommend you give me 4 sessions of your time. Meeting with me four times and us establishing the habits you need to do/change will set you up for success. I am here for you until you don't need me anymore. That is up to you. If you would like more than four sessions I want it to be because you want someone to hold you accountable or you just enjoy my company! I want to give you the tools for success! :D

You don't look like a CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), Why should I trust you?

By 2023 I had gotten up to 400Lbs. I decided to lose weight. Without surgery. Without any doctor's help. Without any Medicine. 

I may not be my goal weight or body shape, but I have put in the work to lose over 100Lbs. I have kept it off consistently.  

I'm not here to tell you I know everything or the best way to lose weight, what I am here for is to share my knowledge with people who seek it. 

What are some hobbies that help stay fit?

Swimming! Cosplay! Boxing! Hiking! There are some many ways to incorporate staying active with your hobby.

I even enjoy puzzles and card games! After completing a yugioh duel or finding 5 of the right puzzle pieces I try to do some squats to get my blood pumping!

What is your goal for me?

My goal is to help you reach yours! Whatever it may be!

There I am. Full 400Lbs. I tried to feel pretty in bright and fancy clothes. 

The second picture was the picture that got me started. 

It was a lovely day. I had rescued a baby owl and helped it back to its mother.

I was so happy. I wanted a picture to remember it by. 

The first time I saw this picture I cried. I couldn't believe I had gotten so large. 

I knew enough was enough.
